The Pupfish play in the Pecos League an independent professional baseball league. Wolfe recently completed a record-setting career at College where he was a two-time first team All-MIAA selection as well as an All-Region honoree.

Wolfe (Eaton Rapids, Mich./Eaton Rapids HS) is the Calvin career record holder in home runs (26) and doubles (39) while ranking second on the Calvin career list in RBI (117) and at bats (520), third in hits (167) and total bases (292), fourth in runs scored (109) and fifth in base on balls (76). He also holds the Calvin single-season record for home runs with 12, set during the 2016 season.

"What a great opportunity for Colton," said Calvin baseball coach John Rypel. "This is a credit to him for all of his hard work. We look forward to following his development as a professional baseball player."

Wolfe was graduated from Calvin last month with a degree in kinesiology and sports management while holding a minor in business. As a junior, he was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team.
